Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. She is the daughter of Peter Silk - an academic as well as Ilkay Silk - a talented actor, writer, director and producer. Anna Silk is daughter of a Briton, and an Turkish Cypriot English ex-pat. Anna was featured in a variety of advertisements as a kid. In the month of November, 1999 Anna relocated to Toronto for the purpose of advancing her acting career. She eventually shifting to Los Angeles, California, in the following decade. Seth Cooperman, whom she met at a Los Angeles actors' workshop back in 2007, became her partner in 2009. Anna, who had converted to Judaism by then, and Seth Cooperman were married in December of 2010 in Fredericton.
