Anita Sarkeesian has been a Canadian and American feminist media analyst for more than twenty years. She is well-known as a public speaking. Feminist Frequency explores how women are represented in the pop culture. As well as working to expose the issues surrounding the targeted and sexist attack on women and others of minority groups in the online world, she is determined to break the stereotypes in the pop culture. Sarkeesian, who holds the degree of Master's in the field of Social and Political Thought at York University, is a popular public speakers. She has spoken at the TEDxWomen festival as well as United Nations Broadband Working Group to Gender. From an early age she was intrigued by the issue of gender identity as well as feminist ideas. While still at school in 2009, she launched her Feminist Frequency Website. The ambitious lady planned to launch a web series on the gender roles in video games.
